In House Training
1. How do I arrange in-house training?
If you have a group of people who want to complete the qualifications it is possible for the qualifications to be delivered locally to your staff team.
If you have other training requirements in the field of advocacy, rights, complaints or any aspect of health and social care please contact us to discuss a bespoke package which is tailored to your needs. If we cannot help then we would aim to put you in touch with people who can.
2. How quickly can I arrange in-house training?
It may be possible to arrange training in as little as 6 weeks.
3. How much does in-house training cost?
The cost of in-house training will be decided by how many people attend the course and which units are being delivered.
If you were to provide both the venue and catering (including lunch) then examples of discounted in-house training are listed below:
- 2 day accredited course for up to 20 delegates - £6,300
- 4 day specialist qualification unit for up to 20 people - £10,400
We can cater for a maximum of 25 delegates per course, for a fixed price quote please contact us.
By arranging in-house training you may also benefit from not having to incur travel and overnight accommodation costs as well as staff being trained at the same time.
4. What facilities will we need?
You will need to provide a suitable and accessible training venue and catering/lunch for the participants. We may be able to arrange this for you at an additional cost.
5. Is your in-house training accredited?
All qualifications are accredited by City & Guilds.
It may be possible to accredit other courses – please contact us to discuss further.
6. Can you customise the materials for us?
Yes, we would be more than happy to customise materials for your group and will ensure your individual needs are reflected in the final course.
7. What is the minimum / maximum trainer to attendee ratio?
There are normally 2 trainers provided for each of the qualifications units and service users are also supported to deliver elements of the courses.
