Terms and Conditions
1. Payment
Payment can be made by cheque payable to NAQ, by credit or debit card via PayPal, or by BACS transfer. Payment is required, in full, at the time of booking unless alternative arrangements have been made with us.
The fee includes attendance at the training session, lunch and refreshments.
2. Accommodation
Accommodation is not included in the price of any of our courses.
3. Reservations
Provisional reservations will be held open for 10 days, after which time, unless we receive notification to the contrary, your reservation will be cancelled.
4. Cancellations
Cancellations will only be accepted in writing and are subject to a 50% administrative charge. However, no refunds will be made if a cancellation is received less than four weeks prior to the start of the course.
5. Change of delegate
Should a delegate be unable to attend, a substitution may be sent at no extra cost, providing NAQ is informed of this in writing (for registration purposes) before the course is due to commence.
6. Course cancellation
NAQ reserves the right to cancel an event at any time, without liability, in which case all training fees will be refunded in full. However, NAQ cannot be held liable for any other expenses incurred by participants or their companies or organisations they represent due to the cancellation.
7. Changes to advertised details
NAQ reserves the right to change the venue, speakers and presentations at any time, with or without notice.
8. Views and opinions
The views and opinions of the course tutors or attendees are their own and do not necessarily reflect those of NAQ.
9. Disclaimer
The training and notes provided by NAQ cannot be utilised for the purposes of legal interpretation, and neither NAQ, its trainers or staff can accept responsibility for the actions of persons interpreting or acting upon the material in litigation. Nor can NAQ accept responsibility for any injury or loss as a result of relying on the training or training notes. All actions by an individual should be designed in relation to their specific circumstances, and where any doubt exists a specialist should be consulted.
10. Privacy policy
NAQ does not disclose personal information to third parties, and all the personal information (name, address, phone number, email address, credit card information) you send is securely stored. The information that you provide will be held by NAQ in order to process your registration. The information you provide maybe used to keep you updated of other NAQ products, services and events unless you notify us otherwise.
